Short Handed St Francis Loses Lead Early In Defeat 

St. Sebastian 6 – St. Francis 2

 

St Francis watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 6-2 loss to St Sebastian on Tuesday. St Sebastian scored on a single by Ricky Cintron and a home run by Michael McKenna in the first inning. St Francis racked up 13 hits. Tony Perconte, Rick Wustefeld, Gus Alvarez, and Koz each had multiple hits for St Francis. Koz, Gus, Wustefeld, and Perconte each collected two hits to lead St Francis. 

 

St Sebastian racked up 14 hits in the game. Cintron, Billy Mellone, Wells Pikaart, “Tiny”, McKenna, and Greenie all managed multiple hits for St Sebastian. Cintron led St Sebastian with three hits in four at bats. 

 

4-Hit Day For Baik As St Ignatius Skirts Past St George

St. Ignatius 12 – St. George 3

 

Josh Baik was dialed in at the plate on Tuesday, tallying four hits and leading St Ignatius to a 12-3 win over St George. Baik singled in the first, singled in the third, singled in the fifth, and singled in the sixth.

 

St Wolfgang Can't Catch Up To St Vincent 
St. Vincent 13 – St. Wolfgang 5

 

St Wolfgang watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 13-5 loss to St Vincent on Thursday. St Vincent scored on a home run by Daniel Roy in the first inning, a triple by Roy in the second inning, and a single by Hop in the second inning.
