Please use this form YOU ARE A NEW PLAYER WHO HAS NEVER been in The League, or if you are A RETURNING PLAYER WHO HAS NOT PLAYED SINCE 2023.

Applicants must be 30 years of age on or before June 1st, 2026.

Proof of Age and address will be required when you are called to register. If you also check the St. Bart's Parish Member box, proof of Active Parish Member Status will also be required.

St. Bartholomew Mens Old-timers Softball League Code of Conduct

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to insure all players that the League will function in an adult, sporting and fun atmosphere.

By submitting your application, you agree to follow this Code.

I agree to act in a sportsman like manner and will not berate or unduly criticize other players, fans or umpires.

If I disagree with an umpire’s call I will discuss it with my captain and allow him to state my opinion with the umpire.

I understand that this is a church league and that it is just a game.

I understand that if I violate this Code of Conduct, I may face suspension, or, if necessary, I may be dismissed from the League. If dismissed from the League, I will not attend any League games or functions.

The League Captains & Board Members do not endorse any assembly of players in public parks after league games have been played. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited before, during and after any league game.
